The Energy Performance Certificate statistics published on 30 April are now available for download on DCLG’s open data platform, OpenDataCommunities.
This new, quarterly, series of experimental official statistics cover the period 2008-2013 for England and Wales, with breakdowns by local authority, property and tenure types.
DCLG’s domestic and non-domestic Energy Performance Cerficate registers are National Infrastructure Information (NII) datasets. Making these experimental statistics available on OpenDataCommunities is therefore a significant step in unlocking the value of this data. It is also an important step towards ensuring DCLG’s NII datasets are all available in open, re-usable formats.
